Chinachem Group is a well-established and reputable real estate conglomerate in Hong Kong, with extensive business operations in real estate investment, development, and construction.
The group’s headquarters is located at Nina Tower in Tsuen Wan, New Territories. This complex not only offers a diverse range of retail products and dining options but also hosts a variety of activities and cultural experiences, making it a major attraction in Hong Kong. Beyond its real estate ventures, the group’s “Nina” brand is also involved in charitable and public welfare activities, encouraging employees to engage in community service.
In 2022, with the assistance of SAMEX, the group undertook a comprehensive digitization of its existing assets and established a collaborative tenant portal for centralized management. This initiative aimed to:

Project Scope :
In 2022, Hong Kong Chinachem Group implemented the SAMEX EAM/FM System to achieve digital management of its fixed assets. Alongside the SAMEX FM & Patrol system, this initiative enabled comprehensive digital management of the company’s assets. Every fixed asset within the enterprise can be tracked and traced throughout its entire lifecycle, from storage, issuance, borrowing, and transfer, to modification and disposal. Any repairs resulting from incidents can be traced back to their origins, detailing every step of the repair process and the materials used, thus achieving full-process digital management of assets. This system reduces maintenance and operational costs, enhances management efficiency, and maximizes company benefits while minimizing costs.
Additionally, Chinachem Group utilized SAMEX to establish a tenant portal, linking the four main entities: management companies, suppliers, tenants, and owners. This integration results in more transparent and precise processes.
Tenant Portal :
The Tenant Portal is an efficient and convenient platform designed to closely connect suppliers, property management companies, owners, and tenants. It facilitates a range of functions such as information sharing, service requests, issue feedback, and resolution through online means. This platform significantly enhances property management efficiency, improves the tenant experience, and promotes effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved.
