Every fixed asset within the company can be tracked and traced throughout its entire lifecycle—from warehousing, allocation, borrowing, and transfer, to modification and disposal. Any repairs resulting from incidents, including the steps taken and materials used, can be thoroughly traced, enabling full lifecycle digital management of assets. This reduces maintenance and operational costs, enhances management efficiency, maximizes company benefits, and minimizes costs.
Additionally, the system optimizes various corporate asset management processes from a systemic level, linking different departments within the group through workflow integration, thereby streamlining corporate management processes and improving management efficiency.
